Product Ordering Instructions: Regarding Content

Our company undertakes commercial printing business in strict compliance with China’s Regulations on the Administration of the Printing Industry and other relevant laws, regulations, and rules. If the content involves the following, we will immediately report it to the public security authorities, who will pursue legal liability in accordance with the law. The printed products will be directly destroyed, the payment will not be refunded, and we shall not be liable for any resulting losses:

Current political content (including reactionary content, content explicitly prohibited by the state, and products promoting state leaders);

Illegal religious content;

Illegal publications;

Feudal superstition;

Pyramid schemes (including mining, Bitcoin, etc.);

Pornographic or obscene content (including explicit temptation, “high-end health care,” door-to-door services, “high-end health preservation,” massage SPA, etc.);

Gambling-related content (including Mark Six, recharge/withdrawal, high returns, etc.);

Content related to certificate forgery or invoice issuance on behalf of others;

Copyright-infringing maps;

Content with unclear purposes (including strange texts or patterns);

Content insulting or slandering others;

Promotion of celebrities with misconduct records;

Documents marked as “confidential”;

Content related to surrogacy or egg donation;

Vulgar content;

Exaggerated advertising.

Before placing an order, please confirm the authenticity and legality of the order content. Placing an order indicates your consent to entrust our company for printing. Any infringement liability, economic disputes, or other issues arising from the order shall be borne by the person submitting the file. Thank you for your cooperation!

Product Ordering Instructions: Regarding Files

There is a cutting tolerance of 1–2mm, so the margin for content that needs to be retained must be at least 2mm. For adhesive stickers with a size smaller than 40×20mm, individual cutting cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended to choose a large-sheet layout (due to the small size, multiple designs may be arranged on one sheet or multiple units of one design may be on one sheet).

Supported file formats for upload: jpg, jpeg, cdr, pdf (please upload the original design file format if possible).

For CDR format files, CorelDRAW X4 is preferred. For files in other versions, please do not arbitrarily save them in other versions (version conversion may cause changes in effect, loss of content, or inability to open the file). If you must save to a lower version due to special circumstances, please be sure to attach a proofreading image! High-version files can also be saved as PDF or image formats for ordering.

Adhesive sticker products are processed automatically by the system. Please be sure to delete the finished product lines. For printing requirements, select the corresponding paper and processes when placing the order. The file name and remarks will not be regarded as final production requirements.

To avoid issues such as ink smearing, misregistration, or ghosting of text/lines, please convert four-color black text and four-color black QR codes to single-color black! The minimum size of a normal QR code should not be less than 2mm.

For special-shaped die-cutting, please upload files in CDR format and include die-cut lines; otherwise, they will be processed as right-angle cutting.

All fonts in the file must be outlined, and the distance from the effective content to the edge of the finished product must be at least 2mm to prevent the effective content from being cut off due to cutting tolerance.

All file content should be designed in CMYK printing color mode as much as possible; in particular, images and EPS formats must use CMYK color mode, and the image resolution must be above 300 dpi.

The file size must be consistent with the size filled in when placing the order. The uploaded file will be reviewed by the order receiver; please ensure the uploaded file meets the specifications.

For printing involving well-known trademarks, the following materials must be provided: the trademark registration certificate. When printing with the ® symbol, the trademark registration certificate must be uploaded together to avoid infringement. Printing will not be performed if these materials are not provided.
