Thank you for your interest in our custom products! Since our products are made-to-order, each item is produced only after we receive your order, so it requires a certain amount of processing time. Please read the following process instructions carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Flow:
Production Stage: After you place an order, our partner factories will start printing and producing your exclusive custom products. This is a key step to ensure the uniqueness of your product. We will also inform you of the production time via chat tools or email.
International Shipping Stage (7–20 working days): Once the product is completed, it will be shipped via international logistics from [China/global partner factories]. The shipping time varies significantly depending on the destination.
Note: This is an estimated timeframe and does not include holidays or delays caused by customs inspections.
Regarding Logistics Tracking:
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time location of your package on the official websites of carriers (such as USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, etc.)
