Laminating Process

Process Description

Laminating, also known as gluing, refers to a post-press processing technology where plastic film coated with adhesive is combined with paper-based printed matter. Through processes like heating, pressing, and cooling, the surface of the printed matter is covered with a layer of transparent plastic film, forming an integration of paper and plastic (including crystal film, glossy film, and matte film, etc.).

Features① Products with glossy film lamination have a bright surface and strong expressive power;② Products with matte film lamination do not reflect light on the surface.
